 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Address Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Charges

 We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders within India. A non-refundable COD handling charge of ₹89 will apply to all Cash on Delivery orders. This charge is not included in any return credit or refund.
